Aline Robichaud

(Producer/Director)

Aline brings a dynamic and multi-dimensional background to the team and has a plethora of significant production/direction credits in film and TV. Just a few of her notable credits include: Disney/National Geographic, Taken, Shake Hands With the Devil, Anne of Green Gables, Top Chef Canada, Holmes Makes It Right, Republic of Doyle, Shadows of Freedom (Amazon Prime/National Geographic Europe) and Hollywood North, among others.

She began her career in Theatre performance with a minor in Opera and commedia dell’ arte from her studies in Montreal and continued post-graduate studies in London and Paris. Among her earliest documentary credits is In the Key of Oscar, based on legendary jazz pianist, Oscar Peterson. A year later, she went on to direct the documentary Atonement, on pianist Carl Steiner, a contemporary of Schoenberg. She also directed “Trois boxeuses canadiennes pour les Olympiques” (Radio Canada TV).

Amos Carlen

(Producer/Director/Composer)

Amos has worked on a wide range of productions including movies that have appeared at Cannes, Sundance and the Toronto International Film Festival as well as recently co-directing/producing/composing the music for the documentary Shadows of Freedom (Amazon Prime/National Geographic Europe). His music has appeared on the Grammys, Emmys, multiple TV shows and movies including HBO’s Big Love, VICE documentaries, NBC/Universal’s Access Hollywood , MTV’s Catfish, The Care Bears and many more. He also co-created/produced/composed music for the show “Who’d You Rather?” that aired for 3 years on Canadian cable network TV. He has taught film history and technique at Humber College and many classes related to the entertainment industry at Metalworks Institute.

Amos is an alumni of UofT (History, Poli Sci. & Film studies), the Berklee School of Music and the Academy of Design (Film Editing).

 

Doug Bruce

(Producer/Asst. Director ++)

Doug is a veteran of a thirty year career that has spanned television, documentaries and feature films.

Clients include Sony, Showtime, Hallmark Channel, CBS, Discovery, National Geographic, and a host of indie producers.

His beginnings were in Miami where he quickly jumped from commercial producer to long form filmmaking and began career that has taken him across much of North and Central America, the Caribbean and beyond. 

From shooting “under fire” in El Salvador’s civil war to mastering the art on indie filmmaking, he has established a reputation as supremely prepared, hands on and always fair minded.   
He served as 1st AD, as well as a UPM and Line Producer. He has melded the skills of on-set operation with the operational skills of project management to become a valuable asset for location based films. Additionally, he has instructed film and television at the college level as well as served a department dean
